Apple has officially announced the expansion of its Apple Intelligence features to Southeast Asian markets, including the Philippines, with the release of iOS 18.4. The update brings a host of AI-powered capabilities to iPhone users in the region, marking a significant milestone in Apple’s global AI rollout strategy.
Starting this week, Filipino iPhone users with compatible devices can now access advanced AI features such as enhanced Siri capabilities, smart writing tools, and personalized emoji generation. The expansion includes support for localized English variants, making the AI experience more natural for users in the Philippines and neighboring countries.
“We are excited to bring Apple Intelligence to more users around the world,” said an Apple spokesperson. “The Philippines represents a key market for us, and we believe these AI features will help our users be more productive and creative in their daily lives.”
The iOS 18.4 update is available for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and all iPhone 16 models. Users can download the update by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update on their devices.
