After being absent from the market for four years, Xiaomi officially announced its comeback in March 2026 with the launch of the Xiaomi Notebook Pro 14, released on March 19 at a starting price of 7,999 RMB.
The new flagship lightweight laptop immediately triggered a buying frenzy. As of now, all online channels have reported the Pro 14 completely sold out. The demand far exceeded expectations, prompting Xiaomi China’s Marketing GM Wei Siqi to joke that her next task is to “watch the product team tighten screws at the factory.”
