On March 20, Realme announced its full integration back into the OPPO family, with China after-sales services set to transition to the OPPO service network starting April 1, 2026.
Transition Details
- From March 20–31, Realme’s original service channels remain available, gradually shifting to OPPO’s network.
- Beginning April 1, all after-sales services for Realme smartphones, tablets, PCs, and IoT products in mainland China will be handled by OPPO.
- Services include consultation, parts replacement, inspection and repair, technical support, and warranty fulfillment.
- OPPO will provide services in line with China’s Consumer Rights Protection Law and Realme’s existing policies, ensuring standards no lower than the national “three guarantees.”
Data & Privacy
- Realme will share only essential after-sales data with OPPO (warranty, service rights, repair orders).
- User orders and personal information will not be transferred.
- Customers can download repair and appointment records until June 30, 2026.
Strategic Context
Earlier this year, OPPO confirmed Realme’s return as a sub-brand, alongside OnePlus and OPPO, forming a coordinated strategy. Realme CEO Li Bingzhong will oversee the overall sub-brand business.
This move strengthens OPPO’s ecosystem while ensuring Realme users benefit from a broader, unified service network.
